Emergencies
Emergencies are always welcome. Just give us a call (836-9084) and we will do our best to address the emergency on the same day. If the office is closed, you will be given a number at which you can reach Dr. Barakat.
If an adult tooth has been knocked out, rinse it gently in warm water without scrubbing and place it in milk. Call us immediately so that we can guide you on the most appropriate plan of action.
Referrals
The referral of friends and family is the greatest compliment you can give and is greatly appreciated. We are always accepting new patients.
Payment
We ask for full payment the day of each appointment unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and Cash. Also, we have Care Credit available, which allows you to finance treatment interest free!
Insurance
Please bring all of your insurance information with you on the day of your first appointment. We will submit all insurance claims electronically on your behalf and prepare any necessary forms to help you make the most of your benefits.
Appointments
If for any reason you need to reschedule an appointment, we request a notice of 2 business days so that we can offer the time slot to other patients. Thank you!
Remember, a broken or failed appointment is a loss to three people:
1. The patient who missed the valuable time.
2. The patient who wanted the valuable time.
3. The dentist who was fully staffed and prepared for the visit.
